Return & Refund Policy

1. Warranty

The warranty for seal-packed phones starts from the billing date, ensuring coverage from the purchase date.

2. Return & Replacement for Second-Hand Phones

We offer a 5-day return and replacement policy on sale products, provided the product is in its original condition with packaging, accessories, and tags intact.

3. Return Policy

For returns, a 5% deduction applies within 5 days, and a 10% deduction within 10 days. The product must be in the same condition as when purchased, with all original packaging and accessories.

4. Delivery Charges

Courier charges are included in the product cost for delivery.

5. Payment Options

FoneXport accepts various prepaid payment methods, including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Account Pay.

6. Display Issues

Please note that after the sale is completed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for display-related issues. We recommend thoroughly inspecting the device before finalizing your purchase. For any questions, feel free to contact our team. Thank you for your understanding.

7. Finance Lock Policy

If a phone, whether purchased by a customer with full payment via cash, UPI, or card, gets finance locked, it will be eligible for exchange or cashback after deducting a ₹1499 usage charge per month. Note: When buying a phone on finance, different terms and conditions may apply based on the financing agreement.

8. Sealed / Open Box Products

Standard return and replacement policy will not apply to sealed pack and open box products. If returned, such products will be purchased back at the prevailing market price.
