Condition Policy

Here is a quick guide to our product condition grades to help you choose the right device for your needs:

• BRAND NEW A new, unused device supplied in its original sealed packaging.
• OPEN BOX The packaging has been opened, but the device has little to no previous usage and is as good as new.
• SUPER MINT A near-perfect device with almost no visible marks or wear.
• MINT A device in excellent condition with minimal signs of use and only minor cosmetic marks.
• GOOD A fully functional device that may show visible signs of previous use, such as minor scratches, scuffs, or dents.

Every device is inspected for quality and functionality before it is offered for sale.
